As community minded land stewards, the Tarleton family has worked and cared for the Tarleton Ranch property for over 85 years. They have developed and maintained agriculture land as an important and productive Taos County agricultural asset, using environmentally responsible irrigation, farm and ranch practices. The Tarletons have also explored and tried various other business opportunities at Tarleton Ranch, including an airport, gravel quarry activities and has developed the first phases of the family’s original real estate development intentions by creating subdivisions on parts of the Tarleton Ranch.

Mark has lived & worked in Taos for over 42+ years in real estate & development. He is a 42 year Taos resident with extensive experience in real estate acquisition and development. He has developed and executed: five full size residential subdivision and multiple summary subdivision, including 3 Planned Unit Developments; master planning annexation with zone changes; lot line adjustments; family transfers; property tax protests; and more.

Scott M McGee PE, LLC was started 14 years ago in Albuquerque with a leaner business model providing experienced and practical engineering solutions to civil projects. Current projects ranging across New Mexico for both private and public clients build upon many years of consulting engineering experience.
Scott draws on progressive civil engineering design experience both as a principal and company president over a 35-year career. Past duties included being the lead professional in charge of the plan review and approval process on a wide variety of projects. He has prepared preliminary and final reports interacting directly with clients and reviewing agencies. His land development experience entailed the infrastructure design of streets, sanitary sewers, storm drain systems, water networks, grading plans, and coordination of private utilities. Scott has supervised the preparation of drainage reports, plans, specifications, and estimates for commercial, residential subdivision, and multi-family projects. Good organizational, managerial, and coordination skills are critical to a successful project.
